Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is normally included in the shipping confirmation email sent once your order has been dispatched. Check your inbox and spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
Why isn't my tracking information showing yet?
A carrier may need some time to scan a newly shipped package into its network. If you recently received your tracking number, check again later for the first carrier update.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
Check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, front desks or other secure areas where a carrier may have left the package. If it still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then reach out to Veltratech support if you need additional assistance.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@veltratech.us. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped.
